A musical journey between tradition and innovation
Having reached its 11th edition, the Gravina in Jazz is now a must-attend event in Etna's cultural scene, capable of combining a passion for jazz with the enhancement of the territory. Created with the aim of bringing quality music to Gravina di Catania, the festival has hosted artists of national and international caliber over the years, offering the public unique sound experiences and moments of encounter between musicians and listeners.
The review, included in the three-year programming Jazz Pathways supported by the Ministry of Culture, is distinguished by the variety of artistic proposals, ranging from the most classic jazz languages to contemporary contaminations. Concerts, special initiatives and music promotion activities create a bridge between the roots of jazz and its continuous evolution.
In 2025, the festival reaffirms its vocation as a place of encounter and dialogue, presenting a billboard that weaves together talent, creativity and a strong connection to the community.
