The section Books of the Battiati Jazz Festival confirms itself as a space for thought and word to meet, in ideal dialogue with music. Six appointments curated by John Coppola, in which influential voices from the national cultural scene present works ranging from fiction to nonfiction, from reportage to historical memory.

- July 9 – Sebastiano Ardita, “The Courage of Evil” (Bonfirraro Publisher)
- July 25 – Danilo Mauro Castiglione, “Solitudes” (St. Paul)
- July 31 – Antonina Nocera, “In St. Petersburg with Dostoevsky.” (Perrone)
- August 7 – Andrea Alba, “Kafka's Shadow.” (Arkadia)
- August 13 – Domenico Trischitta, “1999” (Offshore)
- August 21 – Fernando Massimo Adonia, “Fatherland, People and Work.” (Syndical Ed.)
Each meeting will be introduced by the literary coordinator and will take place before the evening concerts in an atmosphere of beauty, reflection and sharing.
